The wine has a deep red colour. It has dark fruit flavours on the nose with underlying notes of mint and cassis.  with its complexity together with firm tannin structure, it pairs well with rich red meat dishes.  Can be enjoyed now, will also benefit from 3 - 5 years bottle maturation.
