Springbok Foods Potjie

Cooking Time Minimum of 2 hours
Serves 5-6
Ingredients 1kg of Beef or Chicken or Lamb
1 x 500g pack Springbok Foods Sosatie Marinade
1 can of Red Grapetiser
1 Brown Onion diced
1 Sweet Potato peel and cube
¼ Pumpkin peel and cube
2 or 3 Large Potatoes peel and cube
2 Carrots peel and slice
Robertsons Mixed Herbs
Garlic Granules
Ground Pepper
Method Oil and heat potjie. Cut meat into 2cm Cubes and brown in potjie. Once meat is brown add all vegetables, sosatie sauce and Grapetiser. Stir and season with mixed herbs, garlic and pepper. Allow to boil and then reduce heat to simmer for a minimum of 2 hours (the longer you leave it…the better it gets).
