Smoked Snoek Paté

Ingredients 50ml Yoghurt
300g Snoek
250g Margarine
250g Cream Cheese
Half a teaspoon Lemon Juice
Half a teaspoon Black Pepper
2ml Tabasco Sauce
Method Remove all the tiny bones from the snoek and then simply liquidise all the ingredients into a smooth paste and you’re done!
